Refund Policy
Power Wellness Health PC is committed to providing high-quality healthcare and wellness services. Due to the nature of healthcare services, consultations, administrative work, clinical review, provider time, and customized treatment planning, fees for services already rendered are generally non-refundable.
Membership Programs
Membership fees are billed in accordance with the membership agreement signed by the patient. Memberships are subject to the agreed-upon commitment period and automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the membership terms.
Patients may cancel future membership renewals by providing the required notice specified in their membership agreement. Charges already incurred for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.
Medical Consultations and Clinical Services
Completed consultations, provider visits, laboratory reviews, care planning services, and other clinical services are non-refundable once performed.
Prescription Medications
Prescription medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies pursuant to applicable laws and regulations. Due to pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements, prescription medications are generally not eligible for return or refund once dispensed.
Billing Errors
If a patient believes a billing error has occurred, they should contact Power Wellness promptly. Verified billing errors will be reviewed and corrected as appropriate.
Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at the sole discretion of Power Wellness Health PC when warranted by the circumstances.
